Our client, a leading Global Property Group, is currently undergoing an organization wide Business Transformation program aimed at delivering sustainable efficiency and effectiveness improvements across the Group. To ensure the successful delivery of this Program, the organization is looking to engage a Deputy Program Director/Senior Program Manager to aid in the delivery of the Finance Transformation component of the initiative. Successful execution of this component is critical to the achievement of Finance's vision and strategy, as well as financial performance improvement, productivity gains and overall capability improvement.
As the Deputy Program Director, you will be responsible for;
- Development of the strategy and approach for Program Delivery across the key streams including Technology, Process and Organizational Change.
- Integrate, align and continually coordinate initiatives within the Program.
- Manage inter-dependencies within the Program and other Transformation initiatives.
- Lead and oversee the management of the Project including progress tracking, reporting, initiative scheduling, performance management, benefits realization.
- Build and Develop key program management and delivery capabilities.
- Manage team resources.
- Coordinate with and support regional business and functional leadership to embed change.
In order to be considered for this opportunity you will need;
- Strong Program Delivery and Execution skills within Finance Transformation.
- Ability to operate within formal and informal reporting environments in a collaborative and consultative manner across a diverse set of stakeholders.
- Extensive experience in ERP implementation.
- Strategy development and design capability as well as analytical problem solving skills.
- A proven track record in Financial Change.
