Senior Business Analyst - Banking - Telephony - call centre

A leading Retail Bank based in London is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work on a complex project, which offers the opportunity to work with senior level professionals in a highly respected organisation. This is a business change role not a technical/IT position.

Working within a high profile Group Strategic Programme, you will be tasked with implementing a Target Operating Model for circa 5,000 colleagues.

Assigned to significant portfolio projects key responsibilities will include:

  • Define, shape, review, communicate and validate requirements to Change processes, products and service offerings,
  • Evaluate and recommend solutions to drive business improvements,
  • Understand the end to end processes affected by changes and undertake a level of data analysis to aid design and solutions.

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills within financial services (ideally retail banking):

  • Strong Business Analysis
  • Telephony/Call Centre experience
  • Requirements Gathering
  • End to end processes

As well as proven experience on a large scale programme within a banking environment.
