Senior Business Analyst - Banking - Bristol - £405 per day
A leading UK retail bank requires a Senior Business Analyst to join their team in Bristol working on a large scale Divestment Programme.
As Senior Business Analyst you will be required to support the gathering of requirements and development of a solution to support the account alignment process. There will be requirement for detailed analysis, low level requirement capturing and process definition to be carried out with the SME's.
You'll also be required to capture and track the business requirements, work with the Solution Architect and SME's to refine them into low level requirements, prepare business process models and process maps, and to engage with SME's to validate end to end project designs, and to facilitate stakeholders sign offs.
Core Skills and Experience
- Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis.
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
- Input into the test strategy, test scenarios reviews and help the test teams in defects analysis and resolution

- Ability to effectively track deliverables
- Oral and written communication skills
- Presentation/facilitation
