Description
Our Client is seeking a Senior Systems Integration Designer to make the detailed design and support the roll out and the integration of several IT Access Management Applications and Systems that will be delivered in 2012 within several projects. These applications are all part of a bigger application architecture and must be integrated in a one' integration design.
These projects are part of an Identity and Access Management program that serves the purpose of managing on a global level how the company deals with the management of user access permissions.
Within this program there are multiple work streams that:
+ Ensure that the existing processes and tools are well maintained
+ A new architecture adapted to current and future needs is developed and implemented
+ Ensure that these architectures are successfully deployed in the organization
The Senior Systems Integration Designer will:
- Ensure that the IT Access Management Systems function efficiently and securely to support the organization's technology needs.
- Together with the Solution Architect and the Platform Architect, analyze Business requests and translate them into a Detailed Design related to the bank strategy.
- Analyze existing infrastructure and propose innovations.
- Write documentation that is CMMI2 compliant, and give training to Operational teams.
- Propose optimal solutions, based on the Group standards.
- Propose and uphold improvements related to other domains.

+ Proven experience in IT systems design and architecture deployment
+ Proven experience in requirements analysis, systems alignment and gap analysis
+ Proven experience with integration of systems that are are running on Windows, Mainframe and Unix platform
+ Proven experience with systems and DBs from different suppliers (SQL Server, Oracle, DB2)
+ Proven experience with different development platforms (.Net, Java)
Preferable:
+ Professional experience in Financial Services
+ Experience in security technology and processes (Identity & Access Management aspects)
