Operations (1st/2nd line) Support Analyst, Windows, Office, Networking, Hardware, Peripherals. You must be available for an immediate or short notice start and have good customer facing skills. You will be dealing with user problems, either by phone or face to face, and escalating as necessary. There is the possibility of moving on to some project work and small rollouts over time.
