Overview of role

The UK Marketing team is responsible for all aspects of marketing to the retail, institutional, Insurance Asset Management and FIG channels. Marketing includes event organisation, production of literature & presentations and advertising.

The Intermediary RFP team is responsible for the completion of requests from intermediary clients. This includes Request for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs).

The job holder has responsibility to pay due regard to the interests of our customers and treat them fairly, ensuring that the information provided to clients on products and services is clear and useful and enables them to understand fully what they are being offered. They are required to familiarise themselves fully with the team's current procedures, FSA compliance requirements, and the principles behind Treating Customers Fairly'.

Responsibilities & Skills

  • To oversee the production of intermediary RFIs, RFPs, DDQs, Standard RFPs and bespoke quarterly client reporting including research platforms
  • To liaise with over 20 different product desks and various other departments to assemble necessary commentary and data analysis (inc. asset allocation, peer group, performance, etc.)
  • To manage the relationship between the team and external and internal clients and stakeholders
  • To ensure completed questionnaires are tailored for the client needs
  • To ensure client responses are accurate and compliant
  • To ensure completed questionnaires are submitted by the required deadline by maintaining an open line of communication with the product and sales team
  • To manage workload, pipeline' reporting, procedures and other admin tasks on a team-basis (including training and presentations)
  • Responsible for providing support to the following Intermediary sales regions: UK, Continental Europe, Middle East and GFIG.
  • Proficient in MS Office including MS Excel to an advanced level and online systems as you will be working with a 100% paperless online process
