An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Ecommerce/Online Product Content Expert to lead an important workstram for a major online retailer on a 6 month contract in the East Midlands. My client is seeking a professional with significant experience of Ecommerce and online retail environments to lead a workstream specifically focussed around producing online content. Product imagery is a key component of launching a new, significant range of products for this major retailer. The formulation, design and style of this content will be fundamental in the success of the business and this role will be a driving force. Any experience of Project Management in an online retail/Ecommerce environment will be highly beneficial as this role is akin to that of a Project Manager.
You will work as part of a large Programme to bring circa 800 products from a zero asset start point to rich, online content by the launch in September 2012. You will establish a detailed workstream plan, working closely with the business and external design agencies. Equally important is your ability to influence, so strong communication skills are fundamental. The environment is fast paced and energetic, so you will need to reflect this as an individual.
