Quality Checkers are required for a banking clients of ours in both the Birmingham and Telford location.

This is a contract role running for 6 months.

Candidates applying for this role will be working within the debt management area.

This covers a wide variety of products including mortgage, overdrafts, loans and credit cards and is looking for experienced QC Officers to support with the Complaints Handling process.

The successful candidates will need to have the following:

Experience of complaint handling
Proven QC or 'new business checking' experience in financial institutions
Compliance/regulatory background
Good knowledge of FSA guidelines and Treating Customers Fairly.
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proven ability to manage and defuse conflict
