Ihre Aufgaben:
- Implementing and monitoring the commercial strategy for one product group in alignment with the EU strategy and tactical plans
- Managing the resources in the country/cluster to optimize business success
- Assessing ROI of commercial programs and budget responsibility
- Responsibility for the business performance including sales targets, access and reimbursement goals
- Defining and managing the sales and marketing organizations in alignment with the HQ strategy
- Integrateing and successfully partnering with the country matrix
- Cooperating effectively with the related business functions
- KOL-Management
- Cooperating with the medical organization: maximizing business impact, proactively seeking input of the DAS and MSMs into the development of the country cluster marketing plan
- Providing support as required to HQ and country/cluster Medical team
Ihre Qualifikation
- Profound marketing and/or sales experience
- Transplant knowledge and transplantation market knowledge
- Management experience gained in either sales or marketing
- Design and implementation of marketing plans in the context of a medical and highly scientific environment
- Knowledge of the National Heath Care System and the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Interpersonal skills in creating deep non-hierarchical relationships in a complex matrix environment
- Very good German and English language skills spoken and written
