Award winning Global Professional Services firm based in the CBD require an IPC Trader Voice System (TVS) Design and Implementation Engineer for one for their key clients.
This role will see you manage and build, commissioning and implementation of the Call Centre technical infrastructure and ensuring that it meets the business requirements. You will have responsibility for the definition and implementation of all processes that are necessary to achieve these objectives on client accounts.
Key Points and duties
- Sound experience of IPC Trader Voice System (TVS)
- The ability to assist with development of programming the TVS deployment
- Management of key Stakeholders
- Experience of vendor management
- Problem Management
- Operational Management
- Change Management
- Specification and Configuration Management
- Contribute to Disaster Recovery Planning
- Contribute to Business Continuity Management
- Definition and Implementation of Security Policy
- Management of Infrastructure work
- Ability to organise a training structure for TVS
