Job description/Overall position description with general areas of responsibility listed:

Ensure Pilot implementation plan is adhered too and deviations if any are followed up with the vendors and other stakeholders.
Responsible for ensuring business requirement are defined, understood by the vendor and configured in the tools in a timely fashion.
Ensure process measures defined, are measured during the pilot testing and reported.
Ensure the sharepoint team site is kept updated with the latest status and reports.
Drive continous improvement using PEX tools.
Manage cross functional stakeholder reporting expectations by effective communications.

Specific Tasks to be performed during the engagement/Key Deliverables/Milestones:

  • Assist application prime movers and other stakeholders to define requirements for End to End User Performance Measurements.
  • Co-ordinate with technology vendors to ensure E2E tools are configured, monitoring alerts are set, dashboards and reports are configured to meet given requirements.
  • Assist Project Lead to carry out a vendor evaluation of the two products being piloted. Structure feedback to aid easier.
  • Dry run tools and along with selected GSC users test and verify application reports to manual timed one.
  • For Cross functional issue resolution, co-ordinate with various groups and vendor.
  • Provide timely project status updates and statistics as needed by project head.
  • Ensure sharepoint team site is updated regularly with latest documents in relevant sections.
  • Update project templates, plans, status reports, minutes etc.
