Oracle Advanced Benefits Functional Expert, HR.
This role will sit in the Payroll Team in the Human Resources Division. It is a short term role to provide functional expertise on the Advanced Oracle Benefits system to the payroll team - including training and ensuring the system is being used in the most effective and efficient way.

Role:-
Reviewing our use of the system with the day to day users and spotting improvements to how we currently use it.
Identifying where errors may be and understanding how these can be resolved (must therefore be an expert on the system).
Training the users on the system and ensuring it is being used effectively now and in the future.

Essential & Desirable skills:-
The individual must be a functional expert on the OAB system.
The individual must have excellent communication skills and an ability to interact with the payroll team and HR manager and provide effective training to new users.
Analytical and able to identify errors and where improvements can be made.
