Intersystems Cache Specialist, French/Dutch, Linux (Redhat), Sybase
My client, based in Brussels is looking for a Intersystems Cache Specialist to join their team for a long term project.
We are looking for an experienced Intersystems Cache Specialist.
The responsibilities for this project are the following:
- Experience in the management and administration of databases in a development environment
- Definition for taking backup and recovery strategies in the support during installation and configuration of the systems
- Optimizing the systems and monitoring.
Requirements:
- Preferably bilingual (Dutch, French), is a bonus but English is a MUST
- Experience in architecture of databases (physical model)
- Thorough knowledge of under NT/2000 following Sybase products: Sybase Adaptive Server Enterprise 12.x and next, Sybase Adaptive Server Anywhere 7.x (ASA).
- A good knowledge of Microsoft office products.
- Thorough knowledge of the product InterSystems Cache version 5 and version 2008 under Redhat Enterprise Linux Advanced Server.
- Thorough knowledge of ODBC and ODBC Express
- Knowledge of COS (CACHE Object Script).
