Description
Operational Readiness Manager required to join our financial services client on a contract basis for an 11 month contract. The role will be based in London and candidates would be required to work on site in Central London full time.
The selected candidate will be responsible for contributing to the design, impact assessment and implementation planning for a branch based project. Within this role you will be required to ensure readiness for a Branch/Product Go Live.
To be considered for this position you will be well versed in the design and delivery of projects which impact the customer directly. You should also have excellent stakeholder management skills, as key to succeeding in this role will be the ability to seek out and gain buy in from stakeholders across the business. Experience preparing for a product, office or branch launch/go live date would be highly beneficial in this role.
An understanding for financial services and banking in particular would also be beneficial.
