In this exciting role you will successfully implement, embed and deliver a Customer Feedback programme by engaging with teams across Sovereign to plan and successfully collect customer feedback across key service areas. You will work with various stakeholders to collect customer feedback effectively, analyse the information that this provides and work with colleagues to identify and improve services across Sovereign.
You will have gained experience in a customer facing role with proven experience in dealing with a variety of stakeholders at different levels to deliver business objectives. You will have experience of achieving challenging targets directly and through others and a commitment to using data to influence and bring about change. Strong analytical skills and experience of Excel, Access and other databases is required.
