Description
Our client who is a market leader within their industry sector are currently looking for a resource manager to join their team. The successful individual will have a background managing resources for large programmes of work by ensuring that resource is adequate to meet the requirements.
You will also have experience within:
- Adhere to appropriate recruitment processes
- Approval/support of resource in line with resource plan
- Maintain resource tracker evaluating future need
- Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure the correct resourcing activities are continued throughout the programme
