Optimization Expert:
An engineer with 5+ years of UMTS experience. Detailed knowledge of layer 3 messages and an ability to be able to investigate and trouble shoot detailed issues such as relationships on IuR. The engineer should have strong experience with E///UMTS equipment and knowledge of configuring and running scripts on the OSS. Again customer facing skills are key. The optimization expert is also likely to become responsible for defining processes to be adopted using the product and therefore should be able to logically break down an existing process understand where the product adds value and then re-document and create appropriate collateral to communicate the process to the broader customer team.
