Information Security Manager/Information Manager required for my client to draft and update internal polices and standards for Data Protection, Data Accuracy, and Information Security in readiness for the deployment of a new CRM system.

Person Specification
- Excellent knowledge of the Data Protection Act, Information Security and Information Management.
- Previous background in a data protection role in a large organisation.
- ISEB Data Protection certificate.
- A thorough understanding of data protection in a technology and digital context.
- Excellent communicator, both oral and written and strong influencing skills able to engage with all levels of the business.
- Able to work independently or as part of a wider project team.
- Working with the Head of Information Governance and our Information and Knowledge Management team, provide guidance and advice to programme teams on data protection matters.
- Ensure data ownership is clear and relevant aspects of our records management policy are developed and followed and are in line with security and retention schedules.
- Provide programme directors with oversight of risk and progress against corporate standards and requirements.
- Assist with the creation and delivery of Data Protection training aligned to the needs of the Programmes.
