Microsoft EPM Sales

Microsoft EPM Solution Sales Professional - you will be responsible for selling solutions to be delivered by our consulting services built from Microsoft Project, Microsoft Project Web Access, Project Server, Project Portfolio Server and SharePoint Server (MOSS) technologies.

Target roles will include Business Decision Makers (Sales, Operations, HR, Marketing, Program Management, etc.) and Technical Decision Makers (CIOs, IT Managers, IT Professionals).

Your job responsibilities will be to:

* drive sales into mid and upper market segments
* build and manage a sales pipeline
* work with account teams, partners, and other team members as required
* develop in-depth understanding of these products and related solutions
* communicate the value they bring in solving business problems
* achieve high customer satisfaction, references and case studies to support future sales

Business Management and Prioritisation Excellence

* Demonstrated strategic time management and multitasking skills.
* Demonstrated ability to plan and manage sales pipeline with predictable business results that exceed revenue targets.
* Previous experience around creating and executing a targeted strategy.
* Able to utilise data systems to understand existing business, identify whitespace opportunities and integrate in existing knowledge to complete the full picture.
* Able to handle many projects/customer engagements simultaneously, identify and focus on priorities while appropriately setting expectations with customers, partners, colleagues and manager.
* Communication excellence through written and oral communications.
* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Sales Teamwork/Integration

* High degree of collaboration with multiple sales personnel, marketing and Microsoft
* Ability to collaborate and involve appropriate resources to ensure win and success of projects.
* Demonstrate solid judgment and approach to complex problem solving by utilising strong collaboration skills with virtual teams and cross-functional groups.

Experience with Enterprise Project Management (EPM) tools:

* Strong understanding of business drivers for portfolio, programme and project management, process improvement, Business Intelligence solutions.
* Previous experience in preparing and delivering product demonstrations to IT managers and business decision makers and champion for internal adoption and education.

Experience with Business Partners:

* Develop strong relationships with Microsoft Account Managers and Specialist Sales

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
1) Essential Experience
* Min 3 year track record of successfully selling EPM Solutions (Software and Consultancy) to mid and upper market companies
* Knowledge of portfolio, programme and project management business issues
* Proven ability to build relationships with executive level contacts, partners and Microsoft

2) Technical/Functional Skills
* Strong sales/market awareness of the Microsoft EPM platform inc in-depth knowledge of competitive technologies
* Ability to clearly articulate the value and benefits of the Microsoft EPM/Collaboration Platform

3) Personal Attributes/Interpersonal Skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong evidence of strategic thinking & leadership
* Passion for technology
* Drive for results
* Keen and able to learn

4) Qualifications
* A degree or equivalent desirable though not essential

Special Requirements/Additional Information eg Language skills
* Full driving licence
