Senior Change manager/Change Consultant needed to work with the Director of Change Management for a number of IT projects coming up. You will partner with internal and external resources as they establish an organisational change model/methodology and execute change management strategies and plans in support of IT business transformation initiatives.

The Senior Change manager will work across various functional areas with respect to IT Organisational Change Management and practices as there are various IT business transformation initiatives that will require - Analysis, Design, Execution, Evaluation, and Continuous Improvement.

The Change manager will need to gather gathering and analysing data, drawing conclusions, and creating reports and metrics which measure change management effectiveness,
developing a feedback mechanism at strategic touch points to facilitate open discussions of organisational improvement opportunities.

As well as working in conjunction with the other resources including Change Analysts, Change Managers, Communication Managers, and 3rd party vendor relationships with system integrator and third parties.
