Major Responsibilities
-Understand CRM and Campaign Management processes and applications
-Set-up and support of campaign production for marketing campaigns
-Detailed understanding of Kaiser data and campaign business rules
-Project Management capabilities to create/manage campaign requests
-Ability to manage campaign requirements and changes throughout the campaign workflow and set expectations appropriately with business owners and management/business partners
Experience
-3+ years working with Relational Databases and structures
-3+ years working with one of the following (SQL, SAS, MS Access)
with one of the following (Oracle, Teradata)
-Experience with one of the following REQUIRED (Unica Affinium Campaign, ePiphany Campaign Management, Aprimo, Teradata TRM, or other equivalent)
-Strong database marketing experience working with campaign strategies and execution
-Experience with CRM/Campaign Management in a large environment with multiple campaign channels
-Strong PC Application Skills (MS Office, Text Editing Applications)
-Knowledge of Direct Marketing principles and techniques
-Strong communication and presentation skills
-Team Oriented working across departments
-Self motivated
-Experience working with marketing teams
-1-2 years working with Unica Affinium Campaign Preferred
Top 3-5 required skills: SQL, Unica or Equivalent, Project Management
Top 3-5 daily responsibilities: Campaign Management, Direct Marketing Consulting, Project Management
