Description
Excellent opportunity for a Senior C# Developer looking to grow with an expanding organization. You will be responsible for developing web based applications utilizing the latest Microsoft technologies, working on a growing suite of products to support both internal and external users. You will be responsible for partnering with management and end-users to gather requirements, translate requirements into technical terms, perform development tasks, and facilitate production releases.
Responsibilities:
- Function as team-lead and senior developer working on .NET platform web applications using standard processes to develop and implement software solutions
- Coach/mentor other developers to assist the team with best practices, code reviews, troubleshooting, estimation, testing, and documentation
- Work with management and end-users to gather and convert requirements to detail design and technical documentation
- Lead technically complex, data-driven website implementation projects
- Application architecture/design/analysis/interfacing as well as hands on development
- Deliver high quality code in .NET that supports web and windows products
Required Skills:
- 6+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of developing for multi-tiered Internet websites with (C#/VB.NET) Visual Studio, ASP.NET, and IIS (web-based, database-driven applications)
- 5+ years of database development experience, SQL Server, T-SQL
- 3+ years of developing Windows Applications Ability to develop specification and lead development efforts
- Strong knowledge of ASP.NET (C# or VB), Wnnneb Services, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, XML
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment

Web Services development Experience with WPF and/or Silverlight preferred
This is a 90 day contract to perm opportunity in the Perimeter area. Moderate travel may be required to Client Sites.
