JOB DESCRIPTION:
Large retail organization is looking to add a senior QA resource to their team. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a well established group on implementing automated testing tools to a manual environment. You must have experience with rolling out and implementing automated testing tools to a large environment. Focus is on implementing testing process through tools sets to this 100% manual shop. Client needs someone with implementation experience for process change to this excising structure.
Client is implementing HP ALM, however this tool is not required. Experience implementing any automated testing tool will work.
Experience:
- 7+ years in QA.
- Prior experience implementing automated testing tools to a large manual environment.
- 5+ years driving teams through SDLC process and execution.
- Experience in developing and improving QA methods, techniques and process.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with Large Scale projects where levels are Enterprise, Program and sub-program.
- Work with large teams of 15 plus QA members.
Experience in training, coaching and system support.
