Description
Mandatory:

- Fluent in English (both oral and written)
- Advanced knowledge (customer support and troubleshooting) of Alcatel-Lucent UTRAN OSS Solution (ALU 9353 WMS)
- Working from Portugal (Lisbon area)
- Available for on-call (out of normal working hours)
Relevant:
- Advanced knowledge (customer support and troubleshooting) of Alcatel-Lucent 9353 WMS (version )
- 3 years of experience with Alcatel-Lucent 3G/HSPA WMS customer support activities
Preferable:
- 5 years of experience with Alcatel-Lucent 3G/HSPA WMS customer support activities
- Fluent in Portuguese (both oral and written)
