Senior Credit Strategy Manager - Collections & Recoveries
An exciting fixed-term contract opportunity for an experience Senior Credit Strategy Manager to join a leading financial services organisation on a 12 month fixed-term contract, based in either East Midlands or London. As Senior Credit Strategy Manager you will take on responsibility for minimising bad debt losses through the effective deployment and management of collections and recovery account strategy, policy and process in International credit card and loan portfolios.
As Senior Credit Strategy Manager - Collections & Recoveries you will also:-
- Deliver portfolio collections performance in line with STP (Short Term Plan)
- Develop and test alternative collection strategies, policies and processes to continuously improve results
- Manage the deliver of the strategy and process enhancements through BI (Business Intelligence) change processes
- Implement effective portfolio performance measures to monitor collections performance levels
- Track benefits associated with strategy changes
- Hold proven experience in the application and monitoring of data driven strategies to generate incremental value
- Hold ability to produce high quality output within tight timescales to challenge and develop existing policies and processes
- Be self-motivated, with the ability to define, structure and prioritise work for self, as well as others
- Hold knowledge of project management tools and techniques (preferred)
- Hold significant experience in the Credit Industry, ideally within a Collections related role
