Description
Senior Business Analyst - Cross Product, Business Separation, Process Change, Target Operating Model - To conduct detailed AS-IS & TO-BE with regards to business process change for projects derived from Front/Middle Office programmes of work. This tier 1 Financial Institution requires someone to focus on understanding the flow of Data (Front/Middle Office Trade Data) flowing through the organisation from Flash Trades through to Profit & Loss/P&L, Treasury. You will take responsibility for the high level analysis meeting with Senior Stakeholders working across all products, Operations and to a much lesser extent (circa 5%) finance systems.Must Have:
- Recent & relevant Financial Services experience (non IT)
- Contributed to the full life cycle of a change project (not just a couple of months to fill a skills gap)
- High Level BA experience of facilitating and running workshops with Senior Stakeholders
- Running small projects where necessary
