An exciting opportunity to work for a global blue chip organisation as Senior Customer Service Representative.

As a Senior Customer Service Representative your duties will be to develop and maintain strong working partnerships with all customers (Internal & External) and to proactively manage and co-ordinate all aspects of the supply chain, to provide world-class customer service and support for the business in the achievement of its goals and objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

Sole responsibility for designated business, including key accounts.

Duties will include:

Order processing.
Preparation of quotations and contract documentation.
Timely and accurate maintenance of customer, product and pricing details on in-house Mainframe system.
Busy in and outbound telephone line.
Close liaison with Sales Representatives.
Understanding/experience of different supply chain routes.
Stock control/management
