Senior Business Analyst - Banking - products - CRM - Front Office
A leading Retail Bank based in London is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work on a complex project, which offers the opportunity to work with senior level professionals in a highly respected organisation. This is a business change role not a technical/IT position.
The purpose of the role/project is a transformational change to deliver and embed a solution across the Front Office. You will be required to provide a business/data analysis service to the project. Key responsibilities will include:
Undertake 'Front Office' related - process mapping, requirements analysis, data/MI analysis and change evaluation
Produce credible high quality and accurate outputs in line with standards and policies
Collaborate with team members and project stakeholders
Support the definition, planning and execution of business transformation change
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills within financial services (ideally retail banking):
Professional Business Analyst.
Pro-active can do approach.
Collaborative team player.
Financial services experience (banking product exposure/knowledge preferred).
Financial Services experience
Working CRM knowledge
As well as proven experience on a large scale programme within a banking environment.
