Job Requirements:
•To treat all clients as individuals, respecting their privacy and dignity at all times
•Planning, delivering and evaluating individual care / treatment plans in consultation with individuals, their relatives and the Care Team.
•Conducting risk assessments.
Sound clinical skills and able to maintain clear and legible documentation
•Supervising care staff in the delivery of high standards of care / treatment to achieve planned goals.
Able to prioritize & meet deadlines
•Maintaining the safe custody, administration, dispensing and storage of medication according to NMC Administration of Medication.
Necessary Skills/Qualifications:
•You must be an RGN with Community Experience
•Multidisciplinary skills are desirable to enable you to work across Various areas including private homes, Clinics, Health centres, Surgerys and day centres
•NMC registration
•Excellent communication skills and a good team player
