Our client an important multinational company is searching for a SAP Application Manager
Job Description:
The SAP Application Manager is responsible for leading project SAP functional consultants (eg, HR, FICO, MM/SRM, PM/PS, ISU, CRM) in managing, supporting, and implementing SAP applications as per user requirements and com policy. The role will be to ensure that the support service delivery, enhancements, and implementations, align with business needs, company SAP standards, and that the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met. The SAP Application Manager will partner with the business process owners, Systems Integrator, application support team, and other r teams to produce quality SAP solutions. The Application Manager will be accountable for all aspects of SAP application management, including the execution of SAP roadmaps/projects, management of service levels, liaising with business areas and technical resources across and outside of the organization, and managing/mentoring staff; including executing performance evaluations and development planning.
Areas of responsibility:
- Daily management of SAP functional teams (HR, FICO, MM/SRM, PM/PS/TDNF, ISU) comprised of employee, contractors, and Systems Integrator (51) staff regarding planning, support, and coordination of activities tasks, resource allocation and follow up on service levels and KPls.
- Manage review of new or changed business requirements and business processes with stakeholders. Provide senior stakeholder Influence and working with project managers through business change.
- Developing integrated program management plans, managing deadlines and dependencies across initiative and coordination of project team activities
- Defining and agreeing on deliverables and milestones
- Setting and controlling scope
- Communicating status and vision to client management and stakeholders
- Estimating project skill requirements, and then working with resource deployment managers to identify appropriate resources and manage their integration into the team
- Risk management
- Provide Application services according to company processes, agreed service levels and KPl's: Incident management, Problem management, Change management, Configuration management, Capacity planning cooperation with technical architect, and KPI monitoring and follow up.
- Communicate SAP capabilities/possibilities within multiple SAP functional areas
- Planning, managing, and executing program-wide application build, test, and deploy activities.
- Maintaining go09 working relationships with the users, Technical Services Manager, vendors, internal and external IT partners.
- Identifying and monitoring interdependencies between various application Implementation activities.
- Planning and establishing after go-live activities including ongoing application support.
- Ensuring existing SAP solutions and enhancements comply with all departmental and organization policies
- Motivate and develop members of the SAP functional teams, provide input to evaluation and target goal! Development.
- Manage and participate on planning and status meetings with SAP functional leads and report on progress issues and status in general.
Coordinate design workshops and meetings for requirements gathering sessions, and solution presentation for small to large audiences.
