Service Management Consultant needed ASAP. You will have an in depth knowledge of IT Workplace Service Management processes (ITIL v2 and v3) and have plenty of experience in hands-on Service Management. You must have experience in writing and reviewing proposals and service catalogs and setting up/working out Demand- Supply models. This is a senior role so you must be a strong communicator and speak both Dutch and English. You will be determining and recording Service Models and Service Concepts. Knowledge and experience with IT procurement, contract management and outsourcing is also a must. Fantastic global Investment Management company.
