Sales Performance Manager

An exciting opportunity as a Sales Performance Manager for a blue chip Communications Company based in Berkshire. The client is looking for someone to manage the day to day relationship with the outbound sales teams based in India to drive achievement of all commercial targets in line with the objectives of the Telesales channel.

Key Responsibilities:
*Utilise existing resource and team framework to the best effect in order to deliver on all targets.
*Analyse and provide performance feedback and recommendations to operational stakeholders and the Contact Centre team on;

oQuality Score
oCustomer Satisfaction
oDevice and tariff mix
oCoaching
oPerformance Management
*Liaise with Operations to ensure effective Resource Planning, Dialler management, Systems Administration, Quality & Compliance.
*Work with India contact centre team to deliver an effective call centre culture & environment to maximise staff satisfaction & effectiveness.
*Establish & communicate appropriate Daily, Weekly, Monthly, MI reporting.

Key Requirements:
*History in managing contact centre relationships/managing outsource vendors for sales
background in technology or a communications industry background
*Proven background in an Outbound Telesales environment
*Highly Analytical with Problem solving skills
