Our client an important multinational company is looking for a SAP HR Functional Consultant

Job Description:

The SAP HR Functional Consultant is a well-seasoned Information Technology professional, able to leverage their knowledge and experience on complex components of SAP HR implementation. The SAP HR Functional Consultant will work according to requirements that develop through joint efforts with business process owners. The SAP HR Functional Consultant will direct, design and contribute to the actual detail work of functional specifications for enhancements to existing implementation and the addition of new components (eg, talent management, MSS). The consultant may mentor and lead other staff members in project-related efforts and should provide thought leadership and value-added input at team meetings. The SAP HR Functional is responsible for support and maintenance of existing SAP HR implementation as well as promoting Customer policy of applying SAP standard rather that customized solution.

Areas of responsibility:

Assists with selection, implementation, and support of SAP HR modules; HR Time Management, HR compensation Management, HR Payroll Management, HR Self-Serve Management etc.

Implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, post- implementation and support.

Working with project teams throughout the full SAP implementation life cycle.

Communicate SAP HR capabilities/possibilities within multiple functional areas

Drive the review of business requirements and business processes with business and IT stakeholders

Support the project team with analysing options and documenting the SAP HR design to fulfil system and business processes requirements ensuring adherence to customer standards and procedures.

Assisting with the SAP Business Blueprint including process design and gap analysis to standard SAP functionality.

Develop as-is and to-be business processes and create Use Cases

Assist Integration Lead, business process owner, and other Team Leads in scoping and execution of integration activities.

Prepare test cases for business validation, and Users Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Conduct system testing, Legacy data mapping and Integration, specification of non- standard SAP enhancements.

Conduct design workshops and meetings for requirement gathering sessions, and solution presentations for small to large audiences.

Critical Skills/Competencies/Qualifications:

Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent work experience Is required.

Preferred Certified in SAP HR

Worked on implementation and support projects

Functional knowledge of SAP HR processes, recruitment, payroll schemes, etc.

Knowledge of ESS and MSS functionality and R/3 configuration.

Knowledge on Country-Specific info types; experience with Configuration on Info groups, Actions, country

Specific configuration, PA30 Menu and Pay structures. Design and configuration experience of:

Personnel Administration Organization Management ESS/MSS HR
