Our client an important multinational company is searching for a SAP Restructuring Project Manager
JOB TITLE: SAP Restructuring Project Manager
Overall responsibility for planning and coordinating Business Restructuring (unbundling) projects related to utilities deregulation affecting SAP solutions. Liaise with external consultants as well as leading a technical and analytical team focused on SAP system. Participates in cross-project planning to resolve conflicts in project priorities, resourcing, schedule and scope. Responsible for project resource requirements, and risk profiles, governance adherence. Evaluating existing project management practices and recommends improvements to project management practices. Works with the management at all levels of the business, managing their expectations for project delivery. Ensures that projects are well-planned and organized, including business case development, impact assessment, charter, communication plan and integrated project schedules.
Areas of responsibility:
Leading SAP implementations for a Business Restructuring projects involving utilities deregulation (unbundling)
Major contributor to progress the SAP solution, making key design and delivery decisions and seen as lead the team. Regularly monitor progress of development/project resources, manage individual performance, adjust plan accordingly and organize relevant communication based on changes.
Plan, coordinate and monitor the business restructuring implementations with the other functional and technical leads and the key business stakeholders ensuring dependencies, risks and issues are called-out and mitigation in a proactive manner.
Delivery of project design and solution.
Delivery of projects within timescales and budgets.
Identification, analysis and mitigation or escalation of potential risks and issues. Ensuring quality of project deliverables and management of quality issues.
Successful management of change within Client organizations.
Maintaining all necessary communication lines within project teams and Client organizations.
Ensuring adherence to company Project Management Organization (PMO) internal administration process Definition of project deliverables and scope.
Set up and maintenance of risk and issue management policies and procedures. Resource scheduling and allocation.
Setting up and running of review/status meetings with project team, business process owners, and steering committees.
Contributing to SAP design and solution -making design and approach decisions, lead the solution implementation at a detailed level.

Critical Skills/Competencies/Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Com outer Science MIS Engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience
