IT Vendor/Contract Analyst
The role will ensure the effective delivery of a global service specializing on IS commodity contracts.
The analyst will monitor performance of the supply organization ensuring that the contract or output meets pre-determined specifications that deliver business expectation. S/he will be tightly aligned to the Service Managers and Business Relationship Managers to ensure the best services are delivered from the market and in-house in the pursuit of business goals, including the sourcing of potential commoditized opportunities. S/he will work with senior stakeholders from internal and external organizations that place the organization in a strong commercial position. Coordinate and carry out the activities and processes required to deliver and manage services at agreed levels to business users by ongoing management of the technology that is used to deliver and support services.
Current priorities within the department include delivering on the supplier governance framework and Service Management Integrator onboarding.
Skills:
Has strong contract knowledge and is able to ensure effective deliver of those services from both internal and external supply groups.
