Validation EngineerTask:
Validate and ensure all systems are running according to necessary specifications and operate within regulations to ensure the production of quality products. Validation Engineer is also responsible for equipment budgeting, purchasing, monitoring and testing. Establish validation standards, develop testing protocols, prepare equipment, document test results and maintain records for later analysis. They often need to coordinate with other personnel or departments who will be affected by testing. Compose reports and make adjustments to equipment or processes that require improvement.Main responsibilities and Skills:- Analyze validation test data to determine whether systems or processes have met validation criteria or to identify root causes of production problems.
- Develop validation master plans, process flow diagrams, test cases, or standard operating procedures (DVP&R).
- Identify deviations from established product or process standards and provide recommendations for resolving deviations.
- Assist in training equipment operators or other staff on validation protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate the implementation or scheduling of validation testing with affected departments and personnel.
- Create, populate, or maintain databases for tracking validation activities, test results, or validated systems.
- Design validation study features, such as sampling, testing, or analytical methodologies.
- Prepare detailed reports or design statements based on results of validation and qualification tests or reviews of procedures and protocols.
- Resolve testing problems by modifying testing methods or revising test objectives and standards.
- Prepare validation or performance qualification protocols for new or modified manufacturing processes, systems, or equipment.Location: Bruntingthorpe, UK
