Job Description:
Position Summary
Working in the you'll use cutting edge test tools and agile processes to plan and conduct functional and acceptance testing of our website .com. You'll assist developers to ensure that our products work as expected. You'll be part of our ground-breaking QA team, developing and managing state of the art test tools, test frameworks and test environments.
What You'll Do
-Test requirements and specifications for incorrect or incomplete information, assumptions and conclusions.
-Apply that knowledge in the development and implementation of test plans, test objectives and test scheduling.
-Organize and carry out functional and non-functional testing within an iterative Scrum-based development environment.
-Collaborate closely with developers, product managers and support engineers to correctly identify, prioritize and resolve issues.
-Create, review and maintain robust automated regression and data-driven tests.
Key Skills
-You know what JBehave or Selenium is.
-You can traverse a DOM.
-You think that bug reports are a necessary evil.
-You can confirm the style properties of any element on any web page in seconds.
-You know the difference between GET & POST.
-You do not need a GUI.
-You can build an environment to test every major browser on every consumer O/S.
-You know that automated testing is better than manual testing.
-You use source control.
-You know how to test interfaces and integrated systems.
-You get past security.
-You don't record and playback.
-You are passionate about great software.
-You are excited when you hear the words Jira, Test Case and Storyboards.
