Looking for a Great Scrum Master:

This position operates in a fast paced environment and the successful candidate must have the ability to be an energizing leader, bring strong inter-personal communication and facilitation skills, be detail oriented, thorough, and results focused while developing a multi-talented, cross-functional team.

Guiding them through processes that most effectively and efficiently deliver business solutions.

Job Description:

  • Leverage deep technical background coupled with solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies to lead project teams as both a scrum master and project manager.
  • Manage and drive complex projects and technical teams through the initiation, planning, execution, control and closing for multiple projects in the Membership Program.
  • Manage project scope, requirements, integrated schedules, critical path, time, cost, quality, staff, risk, budgets, procurement, status, integration, and communication.
  • Provide status for project progress to stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB DUTIES

Responsible for leading and managing Technology activities for Membership Program:
. Drive the successful execution and delivery of projects for Program Management Office, delivering on-time, on budget, within scope and meeting the business needs
Lead day-to-day activities of project team and drive the project forward.
Lead team to form a common vision of the solution.
Leverage deep project delivery experience and familiarity with leading software platforms and related technologies to provide subject matter expertise to project and extended team.
Decompose project into smaller deliverables that can be prioritized and delivered iteratively.
Manage sprint planning and execution which includes the management of project progress and provide status & visibility.
Work with Product Management, Business Analyst, Architects, and UI designers to plan ahead and ensure product backlog is prioritized, and has sufficient detail, so that it is ready to be worked on by Scrum teams to avoid any downtime, ambiguity or rework.
Facilitate team and business meetings efficiently.
Effectively communicate complex and/or difficult information to both technical and non technical audiences, including Executives.
Proactively identify, manage and resolve issues and risks.
Resolve conflict and drive to decision.
Effectively methodology and enforce project standards.
