For our customer we are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager with SAP Finance/Controlling experience

Job description:
As the project manager for the Finance & Controlling project you are to manage a major project within the program consisting of two sub projects with a total of 30+ resources at the moment.

As the project manager you report to the program Management Office as well as the Service Area Responsible for Finance & Accounting.

Work tasks

Manage the entire project and ensure that a master plan is created and followed
Ensure that the project and its 2 sub projects reaches their goals
Project planning, status reporting and follow up within the project
Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Test Management, Roles & Responsibilities and Maintenance management
Ensure that construction proceeds according to plan
Ensure that transition plans are created, communicated and carried out
Responsible for the decision process within the project and ensure that business representatives are a crucial part of that process.

Required skills:
o Have hands on experience as a lead project manager in major system implementations
o Have experience from leading teams of at least 15 project members (on-site)
o Have high-level verbal communication and documentation capacity in English
o Have documented experience from managing projects with Swedish company culture, at least 3 years.
o Be an inspiring leader with the ability to create commitment and motivation among the project members
o Experience of SAP FI/CO implementations including global roll out.
o Have worked in large international organizations
