URGENT REQUIREMENT!My established, company within the Financial Services Industry are looking to recruit an In-House recruiter for a six months fixed term contract. This is due to busy business requirements and there may be a possibility of the contract being extended for a further six months.
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate that has some kind of previous recruitment experience and you will have the ability to speak to internal Line Managers across a number of different sectors ie; IT, Finance, Marketing, Underwriting etc.
You will be distributing CV's via an inhouse system, arranging interviews, liaising with the preferred Agencies, taking feedback and making offers and declines.
The person we require will be organised, methodical, fast paced but thorough, fantastic communication skills both verbal and written and have excellent administrative skills. Good Word, Excel and Outlook.
This is a great role for the right person that is looking to work within a busy HR department and pick up the very busy recruitment needs.
