Role: Senior Project Manager - Regulatory Change - Funds

Overview:
Our client, a major UK retail bank require the services of a Senior Project Manager who has in-depth knowledge of funds to assist in implementing a piece of American tax legislation (FATCA).
Core activities:
Conduct activity to complete understanding of the bank' funds business across all divisional business areas operating funds and impact of FATCA
Conduct an activity to identify strategic options (eg investor restrictions, investment platform restrictions) for specific funds/groups of funds in relation to FATCA
Create a third party engagement strategy for fund providers and co-ordinate the execution of this engagement.
Develop a roadmap for the delivery for FATCA compliance for funds and then deliver against this as per standard project management requirements
Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in
Collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop project plan and associated communications documents.
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
In a timely and clear fashion.
Liaise with project stakeholders on an on-going basis.
Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
Core skills and experience required:
Working knowledge of FATCA, strong analytical Skills, proven change management skills, strong oral communications and organisational Awareness
