My financial services client is looking to recruit a Project Manager with strong experience managing projects focusing on the customer side of change. This will be an initial 6 month contract role and will be based in either London or Bristol.

This role will be required to manage a change project aimed at improving customer experience. The selected candidate will be required to manage and co-ordinate all aspects of the project from initiation to implementation. You should have a comprehensive understanding of how change impacts the customer journey within a banking environment. Experience managing contact/call centre process and people change would be beneficial.

Financial Services experience is essential.
