Description
SYREI has a relationship with a major Scandinavian MNO and has an immediate need for senior 3G and 4G/LTE RF planners/optimisers.
Participate in a E-UTRAN/UTRAN design team working with RAN/RF planning and optimisation in a 4G/LTE rollout project in a mixed Legacy (GSM/3G/UMTS) environment.
Produce RF and capacity calculations, parameter settings etc. Selection of suitable equipment/solution incl antennas. Site surveys, coordination with rollout personel.Be responsible for deliverables, follow procedures and processes, report progress and flag for issues and problems encoutered.
Essential experiences/skills:
- To have participated in large network rollout projects
- RF planning in GSM/UMTS required
- RNC/BSC and NodeB/BTS network management tools
- Fluent in Swedish/Scandinavian language as it is needed to understand Legacy documentation
Preferred and valued experiences/skills:
- RF planning LTE
- Scandinavian language skills to understand Legacy documentation and to communicate better with subcontractors etc
- Experience of Huawei equippment valued.
