Description
You are part of a team providing business critical IT services to the customer.
You will administrate the Servers, middle-tiers (and applications) of the customer in an Unix (Solaris) environment
Secure the system availability and performance according defined service levels
Ensure, on a daily basis, the control, integrity and accessibility of the Servers
Provide incident isolation, remediation and documentation (incidents and problems)
Reconfiguration of Unix systems, implementation of patches, upgrades and new software modules while respecting the change mgmt process
Participate in Performance and Capacity management
Participate in the definition of service improvements and innovations
Maintaining operational documentation
Permanently interface with the control and monitoring team
Collaborate in changes/projects (eg transformation) and DRP exercises
You will participate in the following ITIL processes:
oIncident management (troubleshooting)
oProblem management
oAvailability management
oCapacity management
oChange management
oConfiguration management
oRelease management (acceptance and bring into production)
