DESCRIPTIONThe Implementation Specialist will support the roll out of Ethernet access to cell sites nationwide in support of mobility network.
Responsibilities:
- Ordering and tracking Ethernet circuits. Orders are complex and require a high degree of accuracy and quality. Orders will be received via spreadsheet or through a system generated Service Order request. Orders will be placed using USRP-FR and GIOM and tracked via spreadsheet and SOTS.
- Will meticulously report on orders issued, order tracking, and issue trouble tickets and work with IT Teams for resolution as needed.
- Must be highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of the ordering team and the larger project team.
- Microsoft Excel knowledge required.
- Ethernet product and network knowledge desired.
- Company ordering, provisioning and process knowledge required.
- GIOM, SOTS, USRP experience essential.
- Knowledge of local exchange processes required.
- Ability to handle complex issues and resolutions along with excellent analysis skills.
