DESCRIPTION

The Global Workforce Solutions Specialist will perform various tasks associated with the on/off-boarding of the external workforce.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing task coordination, support, coaching and periodic training for suppliers and staff as it relates to the external workforce initiative.
  • Ensure that tasks are processed timely, accurately and efficiently by partnering with various departments and suppliers.
  • Understand and adhere to the company policies and procedures and the capabilities and functionality of the vendor management tool (Beeline).
  • Satisfy On/Off-boarding tasks for external workforce manually and within the Beeline tool, within or exceeding SLA.
  • Support the Global Workforce Solutions team members by reviewing and processing requests for external workers requested by internal customers.
  • Partner with internal departments including Legal, Security, and IT to coordinate the necessary actions associated with new, extension or termination of building and network access for external labor.
  • Maintain external worker repository with accurate and current information including start date, end date, extensions, and other confidential information.
  • Work with suppliers regarding external worker performance issues, billing questions, etc.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to multitask and determine when escalation of issues is necessary.
  • Customer interface and exceptional customer service are key components of this role.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and customer service skills are a must.
  • Proven ability to achieve results in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work individually and as a team member.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Attention to details and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft desktop tools.
  • Enthusiastic and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to manage department information with confidentiality and professionalism and work with sensitivity to deadlines.
  • Experience in a large corporate environment helpful.
  • Experience with supplier relationships, negotiating legal terms and some HR Generalist experience is also helpful.
