Description
High Tech Industry Leader, in Research Triangle Park, NC, is seeking a Senior System Administrator to support their Red Hat Linux and Solaris environments. As a key member of the IT Operations staff, you will work closely with the IT Operations Manager to design, build and maintain crucial IT infrastructure components. Responsibilities will also include troubleshooting, installing and upgrading Solaris and Red Hat Servers in a global environment which includes clustering. To qualify you must possess 6 years of Linux and Solaris support experience working is a System Admin role. Experience with Windows 2008 server including Active Directory, DHCP and DNS and VMware are a plus. This is a 6 month initial contract with the potential for extensions.
