Leading CRO has a need for a Sr. Business Analyst
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform requirements gathering and analysis
- Create user interface representation to facilitate solution design and development
- Create business/user requirements
- Create functional and non functional requirements
- Create/update non functional requirements (security, performance, error handling)
- Create test cases that explicitly address each identified requirement
- Document/maintain all requirements in Top Team, and publish approved requirements into Quality Center
- Follow Quintiles System life cycle (SLC) and Computer System Validation (CSV) procedures, as appropriate
- Model processes to clarify business requirements, and to enhance or re-engineer business processes
- Ensure adherence to business and functional requirements, as well as UX design specifications
- Identify initial Business Case requirements & other pre-project activities (eg, high-level requirements, project scope, objectives)
Requirements:
7+ years of business analysis experience
Strong technical and business writing skills
Excellent communication skills
Understanding of SDLC processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications
