Description
MS Server Security Analyst needed for a long term contract opportunity located in Columbia, South Carolina! The MS Server Security Analyst researches, analyzes and troubleshoots information systems compliance and security issues. In this role you will be responsible for analysing compliance and technical control validation data to determine and report baseline variance for all applicable technology environments. You will interface with internal and external audit staff to ensure appropriate and accurate responses to audit queries are satisfied in a timely fashion. You will prepare and analyze compliance information to develop mitigation priorities, milestones and audit responses. In addition you will also utilize technologically advanced software, performs system monitoring evaluations and audits to ensure compliance with the corporate security policies and standards.

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Server Technologies.
- Knowledge of Microsoft server security mitigation.
- Ability analyze data, compile statistics and create reports.
- Microsoft Excel Knowledge.
- Network and server compliance experience.
- Scanning tools such as Retina, PGD, Nessus, SRR.
- Enterprise environment experience.
- Strong Microsoft GPO knowledge/experience.
- MCSE +++Must be 2003 current or higher.
- CISSP Certification.
