Description
Voice Engineer currently required for a new role within a London based tier One Investment Bank on a Contract basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a project engineering function around the relocation of 3 sites. Including analysis, design and some user support.
The successful candidate will have strong experience of Migration/Moves within an Investment Bank or Financial Services experience.
In addition you will be a solid problem solver with an expert knowledge of
- Cisco Call Manager
- MGCP ISR gateways
- Cisco VG-224 gateways
- NICE perform 3.4 active recording
- Avaya CM v13 +
- Avaya Intuity VM
